I set this unit up, but didn't even turn it on. Overall, for the money, the specs alone are worth what you spent on it. I sent the unit back, only bc I didn't realize the outside of the unit and the way its set up was "a dinosaur." It has tons of USB ports. It doesn't come with an Ethernet cable, so you're gonna need to buy one if you're working from home and need to be plugged in directly. The keyboard and mouse are some cheap name brand I've never heard of. It doesn't come with a camera, nor does it come with speakers, so you'll need to purchase some. I sent this unit back and bought a new all in one HP with a 24" screen. Oh! The tech support and/or sellers retuned my email and gave me a response in less than a minute after calling Amazon. And if you're needing your money quickly, good luck; it takes days even a week for a refund bc it's sold by a 3rd party.
