I normally don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to this time. There were so many negative comments for this purchase these past few days, and I wanted to even it out. I know when I purchase things reviews are something I take into consideration, and I was apprehensive about purchasing this package because of what some of the negative reviews said, so here's my review on this item. There are a few different companies you can get this set from. I bought mine from Blair Tech or something.I've had the computer for almost two weeks and so far it hasn't done anything wrong. AT ALL. It might as well have been brand new if it wasn't for how it looked and the screen resolution on one of the screens. I started remote medical coding so the stuff I do with this computer isn't just regular Outlook and Internet stuff, and this computer holds up better than I could have asked for for two hundred bucks. No problems of shutting off randomly, no lag, no missing cables/wires, whatever.Mind you, I did upgrade the RAM to 16 GB RAM so that might have helped a lot. It also hasn't been a full month yet so problems could still arise in the future and my review may be a bit premature. But so far, no problems at all. Blair Tech gives you everything you need. All the set up is there, it was packaged so the items came in undamaged without any scratches, and there was more than enough support if you needed questions answered. For instance, the reason I know I can install more RAM is because I emailed Blair support. They answered within a day and gave suggestions as to the kind of RAM I should purchase for this computer. They even have a youtube channel you can go to if you're having problems with your computer and they show you how to fix it. That's how I learned how to open up the desktop and put in my RAM (scary if you've never tinkered with a desktop before like me). It's pretty great support if you ask me.Are the dual screens the same? No. One is definitely smaller and more outdated than the other. The keyboard and mouse are basic. The headphone jack hardly works on the desktop I got. It cannot do Wifi so you need an ethernet cable. It is indeed Windows 10. It takes up more space than I thought with the monitors, tower and the ridiculous amount of cables it came with. I don't play games in this computer (honestly though, if you want a gaming computer, you should save up instead of gambling on a secondhand/refurbished computer). But I needed a computer purely for it's functionality for work and since I'm broke af this computer holds up better than I could have ever expected.I'll update this review if any problems come about. But so far, I've had no problems. If you're like me and you're pinching pennies, but you really need a computer for work or school, I would recommend this product from the company that I bought it from.
