I ordered this desk after my roommate had no issues with his for about 8 months. It arrived on-time and with no shipping or packaging issues, and contained all of the parts required to assemble it (including a hex key, the only tool required). Assembling the desk is fairly easy for a single person even with the relatively spartan instructions provided (literally four steps). The desk comes in about 12 metal pieces and 3 glass pieces, with a couple small hex socket bolts and rubber suction cups to hold the whole thing together. Total assembly time for two people (we had spare hex keys and started at opposite ends of the desk) was about 20 minutes, including restarting the process halfway through due to reversing two of the legs. The desk itself is pretty sturdy for such a skeletal design. The glass surface easily supports my two 27-inch curved displays, a heavy server blade-sized ethernet switch, an Xbox One, various heavy books, and bits of small electronics. The glass seems fairly tough and doesn't seem to scratch easily. My only gripe is that no matter what angle it's held at, the desk is always just slightly too large to fit through interior doors. You can work around this by removing the bolts on one side of the corner bit and just moving the desk in two pieces. Since all you need is the provided hex key (or any of the same size) it's pretty quick to take apart and put back together at the destination.
