My did come damaged but their customer service replied fast and was super helpful. I really like the table other then the damage.I received my package the day after they said it would arrive. I understood completely when i got the box it was pretty heavy. There was two holes in the the sides of the box from handling. No big deal!! My desk was secured. Unboxing was very easy. Found all of my pieces. Nothing was missing in the box. I had all my screws and tools. Instructions are picture only with letters indicating where each piece would go. Very simple to put together. Its not loose it doesnt lean or wobble. Very very sturdy. I paint and draw so this desk was the perfect accent to my grey and black roomThis desk is amazing its well made and so easy to assemble. I assembled it by myself. Its very sturdy, I work from home and have two 24 inch monitors on top and I still have room to put things. I would refer this desk to other. And it is sturdy.I was looking for a fitting desk for my room, and this desk delivered! As a sixteen year old with BARELY any experience with assembling a desk, the directions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to do it with no assistance whatsoever, which is quite a feat for clumsy me.The desk is also very sturdy. I’ve never had to worry about it creaking or any screws coming loose. Also, the surface is quite abundant, and the extra shelf on top is a convenient way to display other items or decor. Although, do note that the wood grain does interfere with writing just a tiny bit. You may need a desk pad if you want cleaner writing.Overall, this desk is great! It’s functional, and makes a great addition to an office or bedroom. Highly suggest it!I love this desk. It has great storage space and it’s sturdy. However, mine was damaged upon arrival. There was a giant hole in the box it came in and there is this nice hole in my desk. This probably happened in shipping , but it’s still very disappointing and there’s not really any point in sending it back to get a new oneQuality for the price is great! Looks just like the picture.Both my monitors fit very well still have a lot of extra space in my office room
