Computer serves it's purpose however at times it does not recognize the keyboard when it comes out of sleep mode and at times I have to restart the computer to get it to recognize the monitorWorks great and the support was very patient and worked through my issue and resolved it quicklyI would have rated this 5 Star as the Computer, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse all more than meet expectations. Bu, the monitor arrived with NO connection to the computer PLUS had no power cord. Now luckily we had both in stock so we usp and running in no time. But I wouldn't call this a complete package when you can't connect the monitor to the computer or even turn it on without buying (or perhaps having) them already.Does what I want it to do..awesome..and great work at home systemThis product works good but was not designed to run the Windows 10 operating system. The highest operating that this computer is supposed to have is Windows 8.1 I could not find any drivers for this make of this computer for Windows 10. However it does perform rather well with Windows 10 on it. I did receive everything that was in the description of this product. So I am pleased with that aspect. All in all a very good product for the money I spent on it !The ad said HP computer but only the tower was actually an HP. The monitor was a very old square Dell and the mouse and keyboard were both generic crap. I maybe should have read the description instead of paying attention to the very misleading photo.Ordered 4 for my non-profit operations. The monitors received were very dated and not at all what was pictured. Love the operating systems, requesting a replacement on the monitors. Not wanting to go through the return, but hopefully wont be too much of a hassle. Then, the one computer I installed started having issues. The fan was running really loud and it started beeping with a red light and would not turn on. Maybe we just got the lemon...Great computer and everything works perfectly!
